| Progressive Fighting Arts This class will be offered effective July 2007 and will be held on Friday''s at 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. It will be taught by Sensei Jim Doiron, 4th Degree Black Belt. The class will cover defensive techniques, kick-boxing, and street awareness, to name a few. |
